Lay the see-saw along the brown blocks down where the entry ball lands. Put the eyeball on top of the see-saw, on the left hand side. May take a few attempts.

Galia sent in this soluton for us. It looks like the small eyeball will get shot through the gap on the left, so it's a great way of doing it:
